Welcome to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) of VendoTo Pro. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and VendoTo.LLC and/or its affiliates (“VendoTo” or “We”) and govern the rights and responsibilities of both parties in connection with the use of VendoTo Pro. Please be aware that your utilization of the VendoTo website and VendoTo Pro membership is also subject to the agreements specified and hyperlinked below, along with all other relevant terms, conditions, restrictions, and requirements on the VendoTo website. All such terms, as modified over time, are incorporated into these Terms. By enrolling in a VendoTo Pro membership, you acknowledge and accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.
Conditions of Use VendoTo Privacy Notice VendoTo Pro Terms of Use VendoTo Video Terms of Use VendoTo Music Terms of Use VendoTo Photos Terms of Use Membership Cancellation If you directly enrolled in your VendoTo Pro membership through us, you have the option to cancel your VendoTo Pro membership at any time by visiting “Your Account” and adjusting your membership settings. Should you choose to cancel within three business days of signing up or converting from a free trial to a paid membership, we will provide a full refund of your membership fee. It is important to note that we may charge you (or deduct from your refund) the value of VendoTo Pro benefits used by you and your account during this three-business day period. If you cancel at any other time, a full membership fee refund will only be issued if you and your account have not made any eligible purchases or utilized VendoTo Pro benefits since your last VendoTo Pro membership charge. For those who signed up for their VendoTo Pro membership through a third party, cancellation or refunds may be subject to the policies of the third party involved. Memberships redeemed through a VendoTo Pro gift code or promotional code are non-refundable.
Shipping Benefits and Eligible Purchases VendoTo Pro shipping benefits are contingent upon inventory availability, order deadlines, and, in some instances, the shipping address. These benefits are restricted to certain products sold by VendoTo (or third-party sellers participating in VendoTo Pro) on the VendoTo website and specific items on third-party websites offering VendoTo Pro shipping benefits. Products eligible for VendoTo Pro will be clearly designated on their respective product pages. While eligible purchases enjoy reduced or waived shipping charges, certain special product, order, handling fees, and taxes may still apply. If only a portion of your order qualifies for VendoTo Pro benefits, applicable shipping charges will be incurred for ineligible items. It is essential to consider that changes to orders, order combinations, or alterations to your shipping address, speed, or preferences may impact VendoTo Pro eligibility. Additionally, certain purchases may only be entitled to Standard Shipping due to size, weight, or other shipping characteristics.
At our discretion, we may exclude products with unique shipping characteristics. The VendoTo Pro section of our Help pages contains comprehensive information regarding eligible items, shipping costs, speed, and destination details.
Other Benefits and Supplemental Memberships For additional information on extra VendoTo Pro benefits, click here. VendoTo also extends supplemental memberships to VendoTo Pro members, subject to these Terms, which necessitate active VendoTo Pro membership and may involve supplementary fees and conditions. In these Terms, “VendoTo Pro” applies to all supplemental memberships. Further details on supplemental memberships can be found here.
Other Limitations We retain the right to accept or decline membership at our discretion. Communications related to VendoTo Pro and your VendoTo Pro membership may be sent to you via email or other channels, irrespective of settings or preferences tied to your VendoTo account. Your VendoTo Pro membership or any associated benefits, including promotion codes, may not be transferred or assigned, except as expressly permitted by these terms. VendoTo Pro members are prohibited from purchasing products for the purpose of resale, rental, or shipment to customers or potential customers using VendoTo Pro benefits. Certain VendoTo Pro benefits may be subject to specific purchase thresholds, quantity or shipping address limitations, or require members to meet defined criteria for access. Amazon, at its sole discretion, may choose to add or remove VendoTo Pro membership benefits periodically.
Fees and Renewal The membership fee for VendoTo Pro is clearly outlined in the VendoTo Pro section of our Help pages. We may occasionally introduce alternative membership terms, and the associated fees may vary accordingly. The VendoTo Pro membership fee is non-refundable, except as expressly stipulated in these Terms. Taxes may be applicable to either or both the membership fee and reduced shipping charges for VendoTo Pro.
For members who enroll in their VendoTo Pro membership through us and are billed by us, the billing terms outlined below shall apply to their membership.
Should all eligible payment methods we have on record for you be declined for the payment of your membership fee, it is imperative that you promptly provide us with a new eligible payment method, failing which your membership will be subject to cancellation. In the event that a new eligible payment method is provided and the charge is successful, the new membership period will be based on the original renewal date, not the date of the successful charge.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US PRIOR TO A CHARGE THAT YOU INTEND TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WISH TO AUTO-RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR VENDOTO PRO MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
For members who enrolled in their VendoTo Pro membership through a third party and are not billed directly by us, the billing terms provided by the third party shall govern their membership.
Promotional Trial and Qualification-Based Memberships Periodically, we extend various trial or promotional memberships to specific customers, subject to these Terms, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional offers. Trial members may elect not to continue to a paid membership at any time through the “Your Account” section.
If you enroll in a qualification-based VendoTo Pro membership (including, but not limited to, VendoTo Pro Student and VendoTo Pro for qualifying EBT and government assistance recipients), you will receive specific VendoTo Pro benefits at the reduced rate specified in the VendoTo Pro section of our Help page. To enroll in and utilize a qualification-based VendoTo Pro membership, you must meet the eligibility conditions outlined on the corresponding enrollment page and provide any requisite documentation.
Agreement Changes We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms, the Conditions of Use for VendoTo, and the VendoTo Privacy Notice, or any aspect of VendoTo Pro membership, without prior notice to you. If any change to these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that change shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP FOLLOWING ANY SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AMENDED TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
Termination by Us We reserve the right to terminate your VendoTo Pro membership at our discretion without prior notice. In the event of termination, you shall be entitled to a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, no refund shall be provided for terminations related to conduct that we, in our discretion, determine to be in violation of these Terms or any applicable law, involving fraud or misuse of the VendoTo Pro membership, or deemed harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Limitation of Liability IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF USE FOR VENDOTO, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE PAID BY YOU. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR VENDOTO PRO MEMBERSHIP.
Disputes Any dispute or claim arising in any way from these Terms or your use of VendoTo Pro shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida. By using VendoTo Pro, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Both parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial.
